Adjustable frame geometry
New flip chip feature lets you change the headtube and seattube angles, as well as the bottom bracket height, to fine-tune handling for varying trail conditions and individual riding style.
27.5 agility and control
27.5-inch wheels balance agility and control, giving you the ability to roll over rugged terrain, flick the bike at speed, change lines, and explode out of corners.
Progressive suspension
Updated Maestro rear suspension features a trunnion mount shock with a longer stroke and smoother feel. With 145mm of rear travel (and 160mm up front), it has an Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm for increased stiffness and strength plus lower overall frame weight.

Delivery / In-store Pick-up Information
- For bicycles delivery, lead times are between 2 to 4 weekdays from order date. During promotion periods, lead times may stretch to 7 weekdays
- For in-store pick-up, lead times are between 2 to 4 weekdays from order date. A notification will be sent to inform you that your bicycle is ready for pick-up. In-store pick-ups are limited to Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 6:30pm only.
Warranty Information
- A copy or image of the receipt is necessary
- Effective from Model Year 2018, the warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
Bikes:
- Limited lifetime warranty on bicycles not intended for downhill purposes.
- Limited 3-year warranty on bicycles intended for downhill purposes.
- Limited 1-year warranty on Giant branded components such as wheels, handlebar, stem against manufacture defects.
- Warranty for non-Giant branded components are based on respective brand's warranty policy.
- Wear and tear parts on the product is not covered under any warranty. (E.g. Tires, chains, brakes, cables, chainring, cassette, in situation where there is no material defect or error in assembly.) Damage or defect as a result of an accident or improper usage and installation are not covered.
Limited Remedy:
- Defective parts will be replaced with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Giant.
- In no event shall Giant be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
Return/Exchange
- For bicycles and bulky products that are delivered by seller, there will be an additional $30 delivery fee for return or exchange requests.
